So I have a test coming up tomorrow and this one will be really short.


Nothing much recently. Had bit of thoughts on getting a strength program but end with
the same old chest back leg program. I did some modifications though. It is now four days
program comes with one day rest in between. A lot of unilateral movements added. Record my workouts every time so I could kepp on track.

One thing to keep eyes on is my bench press isn’t improving weird bicep contraction:(


Half down I would say there are still a lot of room to improve

  • asus router wireless speed slow
  • get a switch
  • need to figure out a way to access wireless ap back end?
  • nas necessary?
  • cables sorted???
